When set to true, the XML tag name & attribute will be checked to ensure that they are spelled correctly and exist in this schema. If there is a tag that does not match up with this specification an error will be thrown.
ValidateAddress
Numeric   No   0 = Do not validate the address.
1 = Address must be valid for NLS to add/update contact.
2 = Validate the address if possible then add/update the contact.

This attribute determines the usage of Delivery Point Validation lookup.

This attribute when set to true will push success results into error file.
TransactionTimeout
Numeric   No   Value in seconds. 0 = indefinite.
