The provided CifNo/VendorID must refer to a valid Vendor type contact record. Duplicates of a given combination of CifNo/VendorID and/or BranchDivisionID are not allowed.

If a record is added without BranchDivisionID, then adding additional records will not have any effect, since doing so indicates full availability of the Vendor to all branches. To switch from full availability to restricted availability, existing records must first be removed.
