The provided CifNo must refer to a valid Dealer type contact record. Duplicates of a given combination of CifNo and/or BranchDivisionID are not allowed.

If a record is added without BranchDivisionID, then adding additional records will not have any effect, since doing so indicates full availability of the Dealer to all branches. To switch from full availability to restricted availability, existing records must first be removed.
